Popcorn

Please stop buying popped popcorn. Making it is too simple.

Popcorn is one of those foods that can be considered incredibly healthy and incredibly unhealthy depending on how you buy it. If you’re getting the kernels and popping it at home, well done. If you’re buying it popped, take a look at the package. If you know exactly what each item is and how it benefits your body, then go ahead and eat it. But I doubt you’ll find a bag of it.

Popcorn

Ingredients
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 c. popcorn kernels
salt to taste 

Method
Heat large lidded pot over medium-high heat. Add oil; when melted, add kernels and allow to pop. When 5 seconds pass without any popping, turn the heat off and add salt.
